Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Cache Flow Capital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on cacheflow.capital (the “Site”), and what choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1.What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. Local storage is a similar technology that lets a website store small amounts of data in your browser. Together, these technologies help a website remember things about your visit — such as your preferences — and help the operator understand how the site is used.
2.Cookies We Use
We group cookies into two categories:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to operate, including remembering your cookie-consent choice. These cannot be turned off without breaking core Site features.
- Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can measure and improve it. These run only after you accept cookies on the consent banner.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cfc-cookie-consent | Strictly necessary (local storage) | Stores whether you accepted or declined cookies so we don’t prompt again. | Until you clear it |
_ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Set by Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to distinguish unique users and measure usage. | Up to 13 months |
_gid | Analytics | Set by Google Analytics to distinguish users. | 24 hours |
_gat* | Analytics | Used by Google Analytics to throttle the request rate. | 1 minute |
The list above reflects the cookies in use as of the “Last updated” date above. The specific cookies loaded via Google Tag Manager can change as we adjust our measurement configuration; we will update this page to reflect any material changes.
3.Third-Party Cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement tags on the Site, which currently load Google Analytics. Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
4.Your Choices
You can control cookies in the following ways:
- Consent banner. When you first visit, we ask whether to accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site may not work as intended.
- Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to respond to this signal, the Site does not change its behavior in response to it. We honor your choice through the consent banner instead.
5.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
