Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Cache Flow Capital LLC (“Cache Flow Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit cacheflow.capital (the “Site”) or contact us directly. This policy does not apply to our portfolio products, each of which publishes its own privacy notice on its own site.
1.Information We Collect
We collect the limited information described below.
- Information you give us. When you email us (for example, at contact@cacheflow.capital), we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically log standard information including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and local storage to remember your cookie-consent choice and to measure how the Site is used. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and how to control them.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial-account information, government-issued identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site, and we do not sell personal information.
2.How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

- measure traffic, understand usage patterns, and analyze the performance of the Site;

3.Analytics and Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement tags on the Site, which may include Google Analytics or similar analytics services. These tools place cookies on your device and collect usage information (such as pages viewed and session duration) to help us understand how the Site is used. Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
4.How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors that host the Site, deliver email, and provide analytics and security services, under contracts that restrict their use of information to providing services to us.
- Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cache Flow Capital, our users, or the public.

- With your consent. Any other sharing will be done with your direction or consent.
5.Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Email correspondence is typically retained for the life of the related business relationship plus a reasonable archival period. Analytics records are retained according to our analytics provider’s default settings unless we configure shorter retention.
6.Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of that information, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@cacheflow.capital. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your privacy rights.

- change your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer;
- configure your browser to block or delete cookies (note: some Site features may not work as intended); and
- opt out of Google Analytics using the link in Section 3.
8.Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9.International Visitors
Cache Flow Capital is based in the United States, and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10.Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our portfolio product sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
11.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
