These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at cacheflow.capital (the “Site”), which is operated by Cache Flow Capital LLC (“Cache Flow Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cache Flow Capital with respect to the Site. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms at any time.
